Drop Blinds & Screens

Drop blinds use a traditional awning style made from materials and components designed for outside use, sun/UV protection, airflow and merging indoor and outdoor living spaces. Our blinds can be manufactured with or without windows. Drop blinds are made from Dickson Orchestra, Tempotest PARA, Riptech Canvas or PVC.

Drop screens offer sun protection and privacy while the open weave design allows for uninterrupted views and air circulation. Drop 

screens are made from Dickson Sunworker or Serge Ferrari Soltis materials. 

​

Choose between a gear, rope or motorised operated mechanisms to control your drop blind or screen. We offer a range of optional extras such as full cassette, channel/track system, gap filler and valence flaps. Custom sizes and signage for commercial applications are available on request. 

 

We can manufacture these blinds from 1 m to 5 m wide and 1 m to 3 m drops.

Drop Blinds and Screen Motor Options

 

All drop blinds and screens in our product range are Somfy motor compatible. Installing a motor on these drop blinds or screens simplifies the operation and also allows for a sun and/or wind sensor.

 

Sun Sensor

This sensor will open the drop blinds or screens when the sun comes out and retract them when the sun goes down. 

 

Wind Sensor

This sensor will make sure your drop blinds or screens are not being used if wind conditions are too great for the unit to handle. It will automatically pull the drop blinds or screens in at a preset and editable wind speed. Usually set to 30 km/h.
